Exchanges & Returns
If for any reason you would like to exchange or return any regular-priced items(s), we will happily accept your return for purchases made online. Made to Order items are FINAL SALE. Items purchased at pop-ups are exchange only, except for harnesses which can be exchanged for a different size, subject to stock availability.
Please note the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Packages must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
- Please include a note with your Order Number, if you have it available.
- All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. Boogs & Boop will not accept any return products that were damaged as a result of chewing or biting.
- Boogs & Boop is not responsible for returning back an item that does not meet the criteria above. Please contact us if you have any questions before mailing your return back to us.
- Customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, including any price differences.
- USPS is generally the cheapest way to ship products, but you may use the courier of your choice. Boogs & Boop does not provide free return labels.
- We recommend returning items in their original box if undamaged as these package dimensions have been measured to ensure the most cost-friendly shipping, but you may use packaging of your choice if you wish.
- Shipping costs from your original order will not be refunded if you choose to return an item.

Made to Order items are FINAL SALE.
We suggest mailing your return tracked (and emailing us the tracking number so we can track as well) so that if your parcel gets lost, you can file a complaint with the shipping provider. Boogs & Boop claims no responsibility if your package gets lost during transit.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If you request a return, refund is applied to your original form of payment usually within 24-48 hours after inspection and approval.
If you prefer an exchange, please check the stock availability on the product page to ensure the size/color combination is still available before you ship the item back to us. All exchanges for items purchased online will be processed as returns, then refunded to your original form of payment, and you will be responsible for placing a new order if a different size is needed. All exchanges of harnesses purchased at pop-ups will be invoiced for the price difference. We do not hold any inventory for exchanges; availability is only guaranteed upon payment.
EXCLUSIONS
All items marked Final Sale, bandanas, bow ties, and sailor bow ties are FINAL SALE and not returnable or exchangeable.
"Imperfect" products are FINAL SALE.
Made to Order items are FINAL SALE.
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased at pop-ups, except for harnesses, are FINAL SALE.
DEFECTS
In the case that your item is damaged upon arrival, please email the hoomans at boogs@boogsboop.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery with photos of the issue(s) in order for us to initiate the replacement process.
CANCELLATIONS
Boogs & Boop does not accept order cancellations. Once an order has been shipped, we have no way of getting it back from the shipment provider.
