Consumers are responsible for deciding the appropriateness of our products according to their situation and assume all responsibility and liability upon purchasing our products. Boogs & Boop, LLC, along with its owners cannot be held responsible for any injuries or damage that may result from the use of our products. We ask that you please use good judgment in deciding the appropriate use for any dog harness, collar, bandana, leash, seat belt restraint or any other dog accessory or toy that you purchase from us. Proper supervision is always recommended when using any pet product. All dog accessories and toys should be inspected regularly and replaced as necessary. 

Our dog accessories such as harnesses, collars, and leashes are designed for durability and daily wear, however, they may not be suitable for pets who tend to pull hard on leashes or are very reactive to their environment when products as such are in use. Safety is our number one concern, so we ask that you take extra care when deciding which accessory would be the best fit for your pet. Never place a harness or collar around your dog's neck or body that is too tight or too loose.

Customers who use our products acknowledge that Boogs & Boop, LLC and its owners shall not be liable or responsible to any person, pet, or entity for loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly by or from the products, information or ideas contained, suggested or referenced in any of our marketing material, packaging or website. In no event shall we be liable to you or any other party for incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. It is the responsibility of the owner to comply with local safety standards with regard to caring for pets, etc. Use of our products is an acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to our liability policy.
